Working for Torridge District Council we prepare site feasibility studies and seek planning approvals for a number of council owned buildings and portions of land. Seeking to gain maximum capital receipts from the land, we undertake a number of exercises looking at possible layouts for residential units through to specific housing detail depending on the scope and nature of the appointment. Liaising closely with planners and other consultees at all stages to produce schemes which meet the clients requirements and are suitable for development in the long term by third parties.
